Affirmations are sentences that we repeat to ourselves that are aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind. The sentences in turn, affect our behavior, thinking patterns, habits and environment. If you are looking to think more positively, and redirect your thoughts with intentions, affirmations are the way to go!

Affirmation are powerful tools to help center our spirits and ground our minds. Affirmations strengthen us by helping us believe in the potential of what we desire to manifest.  They are truly transformational when it comes to shifting and changing our mindsets.

Selecting the right affirmation can be overwhelming. Instead of being overwhelmed with repeating several affirmations throughout the day, choose one or two affirmations that you want to focus on at a time. You can work with these affirmations for a few weeks or months. Below are some of my go-to affirmations that help me keep my focus in frantic times.
